If you are not completely satisfied with an item, just email us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to receive a return authorization. Items must be packed carefully and received in undamaged condition.

PLEASE NOTE: because of the expense involved, we are unable to refund Shipping or Handling Charges.

We will exchange the item or refund the purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be charged a $15 cancellation fee in addition to any restock fees applied.

Ordering Questions
Please place your orders 2-3 weeks in advance to avoid any shipping delays.

Our shipping department will notify you via email when your order ships. You will receive tracking information at that time. If you misplace your tracking number, please e-mail us and we will resend the information to you.

Minimum Base Rate applies to 1 lb or less. If your order exceeds 1 lb, the percentage method will be applied.

Please remember that the shipping cost charged is based on large size orders. If you plan to order small quantities, you will be charged the SAME shipping rate charged for larger orders.
